Louver doors are manufactured using solid hardwood panel blades integrated into a solid wood stile and rail or composite wooden frame. The louver blades are fitted to molds by inserting blades into recesses created in a CNC machine to provide equally spaced louver blades and to ensure the durability and aesthetic value of the doors.
